jake locker is the best qb coming out of college since carson palmer (another #1 overall). he is the real deal and his speed is just a bonus with him. he looks like an nfl qb playing in college. his footwork is as good as it gets dropping back and he looks confident in the pocket. his decision making is excellent. he puts the ball where only his guys can make the catch. he is worth whatever hype he continues to get. i have been waiting for a legit qb prospect of his kind for a very long time.

IMO, Matt Ryan was better coming out of college and better suited for the NFL than Locker. It is not even certain that Locker will be the best coming out in 2011.

Matt Ryan was solid coming out, but I think Locker is at his level. Locker has the ability to be a pocket QB, but at the same time has serious wheels. He has a good arm, good size, good decision maker, great running ability, great athleticism, and plays in a Sarkisian offense. I think NFL teams are salivating over this kid.

locker will not be a top 5. i can see mallet being in there though. pp will be the top corner picked for his physical play and better measureables. aj green will be in the top 5 no doubt.
