Closed Jan 6th for any team that played on Jan 1st, except for Washington and Michigan which closes on the 13th. 5 days after the last game for teams playing in later bowls or the play-offs.

Five days, so it closed last Saturday. Only Michigan and Washington players can still enter right now.
