It just needs to go back to the original transfer rules. If you want to transfer, you sit out a year. No exemptions.

What would be the purpose of this? To ensure that LSU’s entertainment interests are protected against the decisions of 17-18 year old kids? Kids who are making decisions largely based on what benefits them the most?
You need some perspective man. Suing minors for a breach of contract? What could LSU or any school possibly hope to gain in that? What you’re suggesting is predatory and patently absurd. I get it; it sucks when a good kid transfers out. Scorched earth? frick no. That’s so hyperbolic that it makes you sound like you belong in an institution.

These days the use of the words liberal and conservative immediately drift to politics by some. Liberal meaning is do something without restrictions. Conservative is to weigh the options before proceeding.
