Who IS this freak. I have seen him queening it up as I was going in to the stadium. He DOES look like the dude from Silence of the Lambs. Anybody know who this is? "PUT THE F'KING LOTION IN THE BASKET!

He is a nice guy. He came up to us and was giving us all high fives. The cops came up to him and he had to hike up his skirt to show them his tickets. Underneath that skirt is a pair of jorts! Cracked me up. 
Once he proved to the fuzz he had a ticket they let him go. He also wears "bubba teeth". It's really funny.
