We will go after Herman, and probably not get him.
Kiffin will be seen as a "kill two birds with one stone" hire.
I'm not sure if he'd be successful here or not. Our offense would certainly change, though. Keeping Aranda would be key.

Somehow, I doubt that he is on the top 5 list for LSU due to his history. While hiring a coach is always going to be a gamble, you still try to avoid fricking yourself in the foot by not hiring someone who has been a decent assistant, but has a history of being a bust at HC. Kiffin will have to be HC at a smaller program before he goes back to the big time.

If O can grow and mature as a coach so can lane. I'm not saying hire him as HC but as an OC it's a no brainer. He's a great play caller and recruiter. He ran into the best DC in the land but he's still as good as they come imo. He's versatile and adjust to his Qbs strength as good as anyone I've seen.
