I think LSU's best opportunity to be "guaranteed" a natty is if Minnesota beat Ohio in Big 10 Championship...
Playoff:
- 1. LSU
- 2. Minnesota
- 3. Alabama
- 4.Clemson
Ohio State is the only team that can beat LSU at the moment. (thoughts?)

One game neutral site any of those listed teams 'can' beat us. We need to focus on the games we have on our schedule and what we can control not hypotheticals. Still lots of football between us and the playoff.

Ohio State is the most complete team currently in CF. There's no debating that. An Ohio State in the Playoffs is dangerous... and the idea that the committee isn't balls deep for Bama in the playoffs is dumb

Me too, but do you think the committee will put in a 12-1 PAC 12 team (that lost to Auburn) over an Alabama team that beat them, lost to #1 LSU, and is their "blessed darling"?

And what teams have they played that makes this a true statement?

Ohio State is #1 in total defense, LSU is 33. Ohio State is 5 in total offense, LSU is #4. To assume Ohio State isn't a complete team is utter foolery.

Yes. At least they should. Oregon would have won 12 straight games, beating top ten ranked Utah in the PAC XII championship game. Bama's best win would be over Auburn, who beat Oregon in the first game of the season.
It's not just who you lose to that matters; it's also who you beat. Bama would've beaten only Auburn, who may actually be unranked by the time the Iron Bowl rolls around.

4 Oregon
And I love our chances in that scenario. We’ll get Oregon in Atlanta I think we’ll beat them by 2-3 scores. Then probably Ohio State in New Orleans.
