But no difficult upbringing and serious health conditions.

No. You had to see Chris Jackson during that era to know what Phil is talking about.

Bruh CJ was money as soon as he crossed midcourt.

CJ was good but I don't think his best season is on par with what Curry has been doing consistently.

That being said, CJ was one of the best college players I have ever seen.

I know we love LSU and everyone that came here, but nobody is putting up the stats and having the run Stephen Curry is experiencing

Did you see what he did last night? He was literally money from the half court when his team needed it the most

Not a bad comparison as similar style. Curry is just at a higher level of that style.

How come CJ never hit 40% from 3 at any level?

CJ never had a team built around him and the green light like Curry and Iverson. I recall Bernie Bickerstaff, when asked, stating he would not build his offense around CJ's skills. CJ, with the freedom of Curry or Iverson was every bit as good as either. CJ is the best offensive guard I've seen in college basketball. He was never in a system in the pros that would allow him to fully exploit that extraordinary talent. In his prime, put CJ in Curry's Golden State system as the primary scorer with unlimited freedom, and CJ would be a monster as well. I would like to have seen that!

CJ in college was like poetry in motion. That game against Florida his freshman year...goddam

He wasn't the same after his meds got changed but kevin durant is the closest thing we've seen to a frosh that dominant

Super nice guy as well, my son actually showed him the video on his phone of Steph's shot. They talked for a good bit. I told my boy that's a life experience you can't buy. Mahmoud said Steph is from another planet. Good time last night

not similar at all. CJ was quick and jumped high but still had a fairly quick release on his jump shot.

Curry is quick but just gives a little hop with a really quick release which is one reason he gets it off so quickly.

doesn't belong in the same breath as Curry.

That guy was the most selfish player I've ever watched in person.
