You should watch more football, because this is absolutely false.

Lol, trust me I’m well aware of all of Myles Brennan’s career pre LSU and present.

Technically it’s not. He did break Bret’s numbers but Bret didn’t really have any high school records. It was his nephew, Dylan Favre who’s records Brennan broke. Brennan now has the passing yards and touchdowns records for Mississippi.

He was never going to play for LSU anyway unless we had severe depth issues at qb due to injuries or suspensions.

Brennan is a stud qb. He just so happened to be here and play behind Joe burrow...one of the best college football qbs of all time, while he was here his first 2 seasons that he wasn't redshirted. He definitely learned alot from Joe during his time behind him and got some valuable reply when we were kicking other teams teeth in. He played well in his time he got snaps last season. Why do u think Brennan isn't a good qb? He has Angelo of an arm and makes quick correct decisions. He also has enormously talented and deep skill players to utilize next season. Brennan is going to shock u man with his arm talent that's for sure. Just sit back and watch what he does. U will be surprised. Geaux tigers.

Joe B. was a football player who happened to play QB plus had that "it" factor mojo going for him.

I haven't read the whole thread, but this bums me out. I had high hopes for him as an under the radar type QB who could have had a lot of success with LSU's new spread system if he was able to pick up and process the information on the field.

He seems like the type of kid who is a winner on the field, and if his talent from HS translated to the faster pace and tighter windows of college ball, he would've been able to provide at the least a great backup/transition QB between Brennan and a future QB if not a 2 year starter who could have kept LSU's offense elite.

Hopefully he and LSU straighten up, but, if not, I hope he finds a good fit and straightens out whatever the issues may be.

He was a 4 star recruit that finished one slot behind Tua in evaluations at camps, broke about every Brett Farve record in high school
