It wasn’t a turf issue.

Perkins tried to lay the big hit on a guy moving towards him who had better leverage. He took the worst of the hit with his legs buckling,

Had he come up and put his head across the guy’s body and wrapped up, he would have been fine.

5, my bad. 5 solo tackles in 4 games. I’m not counting all the times he jumped on the pile after initial contact was made.

He only did that 5 times in 2024
