Not really. Barry Sanders never had a decent line and he was one of the best ever. LF7 might be one of the best ever in the NFL but only time will tell.

Blinded, by thinking he is going to be a good back? If he stAys healthy he will be very good.
That's how it works, great college players tend to do well in the pros. They draft em in order of how good the experts think they will be.... He will be drafted high

I disagree... you see how well he did against Bama???? EVERY defense he faces will look like that... he is special no doubt, but think about what I am saying... if the holes aren't there, he will struggle.
Umm, even if he's on a bad team, he will have a better OC and passing game than he ever had at LSU. They won't be able to just load the box and not respect the pass game in the pros. The margin for winning and losing in the NFL is slim. Lot of teams like the Saints were in most games to the Last play or minutes and ended up losing. I don't foresee him having any problems.

Barry Sanders never had a decent line
This is such a bullshite myth. Detroit had 2 all pro lineman on oline. He may not have had other things but he had a line.
Lomas Brown and glover were beast olineman.

Not only did he have the great Lomas Brown, but also he had Kevin Glover at center. That's two perennial Pro Bowl-caliber o-linemen. I'd also include solid guys like Fralic (also a Pro Bowler), Lutz, Tharpe and Eric Sanders. The big myth is that he always had 'atrocious', 'horrible' o-lines. It makes it easier to inflate Sanders as a rb; something he doesn't need. It's disrespectful to his linemen, two of which were among the best of their time, and to the game itself.

He had a decent line... but Barry gained sooooo many yards by himself it's almost unreal.... you were not old enough to appreciate just how good he was....

Don't agree with you about LF7, my man. He'll be fine in the NFL and will do well. No LSU RB has done well against Alabama since Saban has been there. He knows all too well what they like to do or what Miles used to do while there I should say. He has his defenses perfectly instructed on how to stop them from running. Manhandle their OLinemen, drive them backwards by getting great leverage on them and have LB's fill the gaps, and last just kill the ballhandler with a barrage of gang tackling. They just dominate them with their aggressive defenses and Miles plays right into Saban's hands by doing the same shite over and over until he's forced to pass, by then it's too late and the passing games is bad anyways.
but LF is a better back than Hill who is built like LF, but is constantly trying to run like a smaller back by trying to elude defenders instead of using his size sometimes and running over people. LF is made for pro ball cause he will hit the holes and get down field and run over smaller DB's or chuke them sometimes.

You are blinded.... he is very good but will be a regular 1,000 yard back in the NFL.... most on here think LF7 is gonna be the next Barry Sanders or even Levein Bell....

As a Broncos fan I would love him in Denver. Unfortunately it won't happen, I think he will join Odell in NY.

No, all successful backs in the NFL have patience to wait for the blocking scheme to develop. Leonard Fournette has struggled mightily when a hole was not fully developed on the play called.
He has special gifts, but he must develop significantly to be successful at the next level.

After watching Ingram throw a tantrum this afternoon, I'd say the Saints should trade that whiner and see if they can get high enough to get LF.

This just is not true and every single person paid to evaluate talent says his vision is one of his best attributes.

He would kill it in New Orleans.

Jets, Panthers, or Buffalo.

Yeah, I agree, his vision is great when there is a hole big enough to run a truck through it. His unwillingness to wait for a hole to open based on the blocking scheme as nothing what so ever to do with his vision.

Green Bay!
The Packers are currently using Ty Montgomery, a WR/RB hybrid, but a power back would do wonders up there. Eddie Lacy hasn't cut it year in, year out.
They love to run it and play smashmouth--the line is really gritty, and the QB play from Rodgers would open up major defensive gaps for Fournette.
Plus, playing in the NFC North, just imagine the headlines with AP vs. Fournette. The Defenses up there, with the exception of the occasional Vikings D, would be torn to shreds by #7.
Love to see him in Green and Gold.

due to his ankle, he's not going to the top 10 draft picks. so no Browns, thank goodness.
hopefully he heals and shows up at the combine with a 4.5 40 and a good time with the cones.
I am guessing that one of the really good teams will snag him late in the first.

He won't last that long... too 15 for sure... sometimes you just can't let a guy like that go by.....

I think he would do well with a place like Chicago or Carolina. Hell, if the jaguars shored up their offensive line, that would actually not be a bad landing spot

Rbs are taught to be slow to the line and fast through the hole( fast too slow through) .
Is this what youre talking about? He rushes to the line and doesnt wait for holes to develop?
