An #LSU spokesman referred to the statement when asked if they expect Stingley to play.

An LSU source says “it’s up to the doctors.”

He is not playing today. I would be surprised if he even dresses out.

He won’t play. That kid has a future and they will take time for his protection. They don’t even know what happened exactly. Can’t ask the kid to now cover WR1 for 3 hours. No way

I’m glad he’s okay! Now I’m worried about him opting out..

Since we now know it wasn’t a seizure, I’d imagine today.

Probably needed an Epi-pen and get the shits outta him

If he had a reaction to something and was treated with steroids and anti-histamines, it’s not out of the realm of possibilities that he would be able to play. His body would basically be back to normal this morning if the event happened last night. Some of the suspected allergic reactions I have treated in the past would resolve in 10-15 min after being treated. The key is early treatment.

He’s probably sleeping right now or really freaking tired. Let him rest up. We’ll be fine.

well he cant take 2 years off, not if he wants to go in the 1st, I feel pretty confident saying that.

If it was just a reaction, Just let him rest till Florida. Maybe give him some reps at Missouri.

Not doubting this.
His “normal” - covering WR’s for 3 hours on a FB field in these temps I think would be another story...
