If Kiel or anyone else takes that seriously, then you are either A) a girl, B) a girl in a man's body, or c) a vagina.

I personally like Les Miles a lot. I think he should have called out Kiel for how his failure to tell LSU of his decision cost LSU Patrick Miller. Kiel is properly criticized for that, but probably should not be criticized for changing his committment. He should have bragged on Liggens about leading his team to a state title, and let the crowd determine if LSU is better off than if they had signed Kiel. Les should probably have just let that part go, as I think it makes him look small when he is really a good person and above those kind of petty remarks.

What? That I wish Miles would quit saying things that wind up on tv that doesn't look good?

With that kind of response, what's left to talk about on a message board in regards to recruiting?
No shite, I could be dead wrong.
I should rather question Miles' character. He is obviously much more flawed than Kiel. Wouldn't know commitment if it bit him in the arse, would he?
Why the frick do you have to question anyones character? Are you that negative?
Miles made a joke to a fan base not sophisticated enough to understand it, based on the bashing of him and the recruit in question. He used bad judgement because his audience is f'king retarded and has gone on the warpath against him and the recruit in question.

You gotta know your audience.

Where did I say I questioned his character because of this?

I wish he wouldn't have said that, but whatever. You can't blame Kiel (an Indiana kid) going to Notre Dame. Especially if his mom was that upset with about him leaving the state.

When he does it at the 11th hour and you lose out on another recruit because you trusted his word, most certainly you can talk up your QB who ended up signing with you.

He's got a fanbase that says he skirts around the issues, then he actually tells the fanbase how he and presumably they felt about the situation and he's chastised.
Dammed if you do, dammed if you don't.

Eh, he wasn't "committed" to LSU but for a couple of weeks. Recruiting isn't manipulated in general by 18 year old kids. It's manipulated by 40-60 year old adults. ND was never sold on the idea he would come to LSU most of their folks felt they could turn him.

Which is why Miles is better off saying as little as possible.

If that is what he had done, it wouldn't be on ESPN non stop.

A large percentage of LSU fans would die of boredom if they didn't have something to bitch about.

Didn't he say Liggin's had a "chest" to compete for NC's unlike Kiel?

I highly recommend that you find something else to watch. There are literally hundreds of other channels. You don't have to keep watching a "new" edition of the same shite every hour getting upset each time they mention Les Miles speaking the truth.
In the words of Goatboy (the original), "I calls it like I sees it, Mikey."
