He gets paid to do a job.
That means money is transferred from LSU to his.

He received his side of the deal and in return we have 2 losses.

When you dont show up and do your job in life when it comes to work you suffer the consequences.
He is a big boy, he surely took that check like one. So quit cutting him slack

Is the OP one of the athletic department bots, dispatched to “settle our concerns” about O and the state of the program?

The good thing about Pelini is he’s obviously very prideful. That’ll drive him to fix this, if he can. And given our talent, it’s reasonable to think he can. We shall see

Guess who else didn't have a full spring and a new system to implement? Mississippi State and Missouri.

And how many of those teams had 14 players leave to the NFL and six Moore opt out? You are not making a good point at all. I agree with the o p. You guys are acting like the sky is falling when these guys didn't even get time to practice with brand new players and a brand new scheme. It does make a difference. Bo Pelini as head coach of Nebraska one at least nine games every year and had good defenses. If you look around football and especially in college you will notice that offenses are pretty much scoring at will. There isn't a defensive coordinator on the planet who can start holding these teams to 14 points a game like back in the day. It's just not going to happen.

Too many LSU fans are overly emotional and really need anger management. You have to think through all of those feelings and use your brain
