Jesse Legree out of Oregon St. is having possibly the best season I’ve ever seen from a true Freshman. He’s had over 100 yards in every single game.
Through 6 games his stats are
38 receptions, 932 receiving yards, 12 TD’s, 24.5 YPC.
He already has 4 receptions, 93 yards, 1 TD tonight, including a 90 yard TD grab.
I know Oregon St’s schedule is horrible, but they have played 2 Top 25 teams, and Legree’s best game this season was against Texas Tech. He will translate in the SEC.
Take all that Easton Royal money, and throw more in there to land this kid. Best part is he will have 2 more years. All I know is, someone is going to break the bank for this guy in the offseason. Pay Legree, and give Lane Kiffin CFB’s best player in 2027.

The recruiting war for this kid is going to be absurd

Like I said their schedule is bad, but they have played 2 top 25 teams and Legree didn’t skip a beat. Would his numbers be that in the SEC? No, but he is the best player in the nation that not many are talking about. He could be the best player in the country next season.

Top 25 teams dont mean shite anymore. No one is dominant. Im not going to argue, he may be good, but competition matters and I dont count TT as a good team...im sorry

Just tells you how stupid HS recruiting rankings are today. Kid was the 31st ranked player in Maryland and 97 ranked athlete in last years class.
