I agree, at least swing. Missed that play but you've got to try to make contact or at least swing no matter where the pitch is at.
One that baffled me was late in the game ( I was a little sleepy at that point and someone can correct me if I'm wrong) Cabrera was leading off the inning with nobody on and squared to bunt on the first pitch then swung away after the first pitch, flied out and then Beloso bunted right behind him and got put out.

We can’t bunt cause they don’t practice bunting that is obvious

Yeah I couldn't understand this at all. Beloso was trying to push it down third but still.

Your 2 best hitters leading off an inning and you bunt them? Yeah, Beloso was trying to push bunt but it ended up almost a drag bunt. He's not a burner, I understand in a sac bunt situation, but not there.

I have no issue with the hit and run call in that situation. I love aggressive calls and midweek games are a good place to work on live action plays like this.
My issue is who he chose to do it with. Without looking at stats, I would be willing to bet that Gio has the most "swings and misses" on the team.
