LSU fans, when organized, are a force to be reckoned with

I believe the magic # is 2500, let's just hope that the # isn't reached until around 630 when I should definitely be in the building :D

I don't know how true it is but I have heard they have turned ppl away bc the SS filled up in the past

This was definitely true in 2000, which was the last season the PMAC was consistently filling up. For three games (Auburn, Kentucky, Arizona), we camped out the night before on the ramp with hundreds of other students.

Great Idea! White towels waving behind the backboard while Xavier is shooting FT'S is a GREAT IDEA!!! This might work if the towels are placed on the seats directly behind the backboard on the opposing side that Xaviar will be playing on in the second half...Here's to hoping Xavier can miss some key FT's down the stretch in the second half, even though they are already NOT a great FT shooting team!

That was my goal.

EPIC FAIL for sure

Did any of those towels get into the pmac?

I don't know, but I dropped the newspapers off at about 3pm, and when I walked in the gate at 5:45, there were still two stacks of them left there...

Yeah when I walked in the PMAC around 6:15 I expected to see a newspaper on every seat. The lower bowl wasnt even filled with papers. It wasnt because of a lack of papers.

Not sure my towels even made it in

I have tried to help promote lsu basketball by asking business owners to put the upcoming game on their sign outside etc...made and helped put up signs indicating an upcoming game (except for Xavier) in parking lots around campus. I think I'll take a backseat now.

i wouldve gone and helped but i thought there was a lack of papers

at 3pm there was like 45 people so I'm assuming that was enough people, but there were still plenty of newspapers leftover so I'm not sure what happened.
