Was OJ convicted? Was Casey Anthony convicted?
Unfortunately, a conviction in our justice system is not a great barometer of guilt.
I suppose LSU suspended the two because they feel they are innocent?
Its like playing cards with my brother's kids around here.

The police statement only included the story of the supposed victim and his friend. The only true unbiased witness (the employees of the establishment) provided a completely different story.
So at this point, no... we don't know exactly what happened.

if you guys wanna say jefferson is innocent until prove guilty, how about you do the same for cliff harris, he wasnt charged with a dam thing besides speeding, he did a sobriety test, and was fine, so your double standard can stop now.

I am not sure how the term smelly hippy is supposed to be applied. Should I call you a dumb southerner who sleeps with their kin and rarely brushes their tooth?
