Chip Kelly left Oregon ona probation they're still serving.

Oregon always dropped a game in the PAC-10/12

I don't necessarily mind letting go of Les if there is a home-run hire, but why the frick would anyone want Chip anywhere near this team?

Chip is like hiring Stoops or Les again, he can't win the big games. He wouldn't be able to win two playoff games.

Why wouldn't you want Chip is the real question? Who would you prefer instead?

It should not be Kelly. Number one reason is you have to wait for him to damn long.

They went undefeated once and lost the national championship.

Sound familiar?

He made it to the Natty with a team of 3 stars and came pretty close to beating the best Auburn team of all time. He went to 4 straight BCS bowls.

Chip is as good a coach as they come. You people are legit nuts.

This right here. The things he could do with the talent we have. Anyone that doesn't want him coaching our team is nuts.

Left Oregon under show-cause, that should be enough to not want him.

This is dumb. LSU brings a lot to the table. Kelly would win big here.

So, the standard you've set for this hire is someone who doesn't lose a game?

Let me know when you find that guy.

NCAA is toothless these days. And, LSU has a built in recruiting base and a compliance staff to assist. I wouldn't be worried at all.

No.

LSU would lose some games. This is real life after all.
