If it's so important that Ole Miss not lose any games, then I suppose LSU should lose to them on purpose on Nov 21, because otherwise our strength of schedule will diminish. I guess we should all be better PosiRebels.

Change up your argument because you now realize how stupid you look. You argued an empty point. Do not try to change what you said.

This is the ONLY preseason goal. WIN the WEST. Everything after that is a product of winning the WEST. There is no argument.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.....Houston Nutt = Dale Brown.

I think it was pretty common knowledge that ole Houston Nutt folded under high expectations. His best weapon has always been anonymity.

Those expectations are the reason Ole Miss lost last night. They played tight, coached even tighter, and have a "L" now because of it.

Example: Ole Miss had the ball ot its own 40 yard line. 3rd and 7, and down by 6 points. They picked up 6 1/2 yards. They decided to punt with about 6 minutes left in the game. Most other times Houston Nutt goes for that 4th down conversion.

I'm not putting Ole Miss on Florida's level, but this is essentially the same thing that happened to UF last year when Ole Miss beat them.

They will now be playing loose on offense, flying to the ball on defense, and Houston Nutt will now call plays like he has nothing to lose...because he has nothing to lose.

one "L" doesn't let them off the hook - they are Ole Miss after all. I wouldn't worry about it, there is so much football between now and LSU/Miss that this will be water long gone under the bridge by then. They looked so bad against SC, this won't be their last loss.

First, the only goal is to win a National Championship which can't be done without the conference one.

Secondly, it's better for all teams WE play to beat everyone else and US beat them. We do play Ole Miss.

their schedule is such that with a good run, they can be right back in the thick of things.
