I absolutely HATE the fade on a must-have play. It's great on 1st or 2nd and goal, but on 3rd or 4th, or on a 2-pt conversion, it totally sucks. It is a low percentage play. It can work if you have a good matchup (big, experienced receiver vs. smaller and less experienced DB), but even then it requires a perfect pass and a great catch. Even though we were at the 4, I wish we had tried to pound the inside again.
