How many times did we strike out today?

LSU finished the weekend with 34 strikeouts over three games.

Unacceptable

Similar to the 2-0 lost against Indiana. This team is just not good at hitting the baseball. Too bad pitching alone is not enough!

I don’t know the answer to that

Was he a bad hire?
Is CPM holding him back?
Do they players just not get it?

It needs to be figured out

Hanny Twitter

On the bright side, LSU starting pitchers this weekend threw 20 inn, gave up only 4 earned runs, walked 4, and struck out 23...that’s not even counting Jaden Hill’s 3 dominant innings.

CPM should be shown the door ASAP no matter what happens the rest of this season

I’m pretty sure that’s not going to happen

The little I got to watch today I saw batters not keeping their head in when they swing and trying to rip the cover off the ball by swinging so hard.

How hard is it as a batting coach to preach keep your head in and get solid cuts?

You’re not gonna hit what you can’t see.

CPM & LSU baseball are so stale now.

Time to bring in a younger hc to rejuvenate the program.

The at bats are atrocious. They seem to like the pitches in the dirt thinking what a fat pitch to hit. Then the following pitch is sometimes right over the heart of the plate and they watch it without swinging. Its like they never have seen a good pitch in practice to know how to hit it.

Was at the game. Both sides played outstanding defense and batted like shite.

The HR by Oklahoma was a laser into the Crawford Boxes.

The game was not all that exciting to watch.

They’re putting in a new suite at the very top of the stadium next to the score board, and those fricking construction workers had their saws buzzing and sledgehammers going the entire game...even during the national anthem. It was annoying and distracting for the fans as much as anybody

I reminisce on the days when Blake Dean would walk up to the plate and you would hear the ball hitting the train tracks
