Me and a buddy try to catch one or 2 a year that we haven’t been to. We went to Knoxville last year and had a blast. The year before was auburn and the year before that was Starkville

I’m heading back to Dallas week 1 this year for the 3rd time. Had a great time there against Oregon and TCU. Then my buddy and I are going to knock out college station this year. I heard their fans are weird and they freak out over walking on the grass but when they came to town in 2013 and took over Fred’s we had a great time partying with them

Where y’all heading?

Knoxville was great.

Starkville is terrible IMO

I usually try to catch 2 or 3. Including the bowl game.

I’m going to Dallas and Auburn.
I might end up going to College Station depending on some Thanksgiving plans.

The Miami game in Dallas will be my first. I'm 51 and have watched most games with my dad, he passed away this year. I brought (wife and I) our room last month( Candle Wood Suites) last month, still not sure which section I want to sit in . I'm going to try and go to one away game a year... really excited

it wasn’t that bad. We went to cowbells the Friday night before which stays open till 3am and had a good time. The day of the game we hung around the strip of their campus that has a bunch of bars along the side of the road which was fun. The game was at 8 so we walked into the stadium sideways lol. Tried to hit a strip club after the game but it was closed by time we got there

Only thing that really sucked was we booked late so all the hotels on campus were sold out so we had to stay at a rat motel behind a gas station 45 min away from campus in the middle of nowhere. Couldn’t get in the room when we got back after the game and there wasn’t anyone at the front desk so I kicked it in. Had to pay $400

We don’t really tailgate per say when we go to away games. We mainly bar hop to the bars that are around campus. Except auburn we knew some people that had an rv set up

Looking at the schedule we don’t play in Athens again until 2025 I’ve heard that’s the best trip in the sec

Auburn was a good time. We were there for Les’s last game when we thought we had won on the last play. Sky bar was awesome but we caught hell when we went out after the game because somebody set toomers corner on fire and they were convinced it was LSU fans

Sorry for your loss. I’m sure he’ll be there in spirit. And hopefully looking over our Tigers.

sorry to hear this. I am so grateful to still have my dad around to watch games with. I never take it for granted.
