We're looking at 650-850 per month. If her parents would retire already, we wouldn't have this problem. Although, that would just lead to other problems...

Sounds about right. Now try it with 2 kids a year and half apart.
My youngest started Kindergarten this year. I feel like a total baller now that I don't right a check for more than my mortgage to a babysitter each month.
