What QB consistently makes 50+ yard throws?

So our coach is a liar and the guy that owns one of the biggest LSU websites is incompetent.

Which coach isn't?

Ask that on the recruiting board. . .it isn't my opinion, it is a veritable consensus opinion.

Lee should have been brought in MUCH earlier than he was. The fact that he wasn't may speak volumes about Lee's ability,

Um, Lee managed to throw INTs like they were candy in his year and the dude had to get hurt for the coaches to give JJ a look.

Hence, one could've argued that they had a pretty low opinion of JJ at that point.

Alas, it's more likely that they just have the slowest hooks in history.

He was a true freshman. I think he was being groomed to start, but Lee's ineptness forced him in earlier than anticipated.

there is a diff between being a bold face liar and stretching the truth.

Hmm. Not like he was a prized recruit so you'll forgive my skepticism on this one.

False. Lee literally had to get hurt. I mean frick, they didn't give JJ a series prior to that!!

Miles has a long history about being less than honest about personnel.

You really lack a fundamental understanding as to the depths of incompetence Skike has displayed.

JJ came in during the Troy game. . .so you are wrong.

No, but the coaches were gradually working JJ in. . .in the same manner they did RP in 2007.

I don't really care if Miles lies to the press about these things. That's kinda normal.

However, I also think he was dishonest to Lee about getting a real chance.

Face it, if Lee had never played a down of college ball, he would've gotten a look when JJ has blown chunks.

In my view, Lee really should have transferred because he could look like Joe Montana in practice now and I think the coaches would still only start him if JJ were hurt.

Thinking about something today that a lot of people forget about when it comes to the qb's...

Jimbo fisher recruited jarrett lee.
Jarrett Lee committed in 2006 to lsu.
Jimbo bailed and lee honored his commitment.

Crowton recruited Jefferson in 2007/2008
His qb. His recruit.
Wasnt planning on starting him his first year, thought of him as a project. Had
Perrilloux not been kicked off as a junior, Jefferson doesn't see playing time until he's a junior (maybe), playing the RP role under lee.

Just some thoughts

People can say what they want but one thing's for sure. The kid has demonstrated high character and resilience.

Something that I do not think is lost on his teammates in all of this.

How do you know that Lee isn't looking worse than a sickly JJ in practice?

Can anyone remember an instance where a starting quarterback was yanked after winning games because he was playing poorly? I can't and it should make some of ya'll realize how loony you sound calling for Lee at this point.
