I never said he was guilty.

We need Alleva out. Wade’s lawyer told him not to meet. Joe is the embarrassing part. I think we paid Smart. We as in LSU I think he’s not the only guy on our team getting paid. I don’t think we’re getting caught. That said I don’t want our AD projecting guilt

Here’s what I disagree with Lester. If Wade is guilty of paying Smart then Smart will be deemed ineligible and they will vacant everything from us. No matter if we go on to win the whole tournament or not. So why not let Wade coach and Smart play. ESPECIALLY since there is no NCAA investigation of any kind going on against us right now. No physical evidence of a paper trail. Nothing. If later it comes out that they are guilty we will have to vacate everything whether Wade was coaching now or not!
