River Town, from Dallas Baptist and LSUE, teammates with Cranford and Milazzo at Zachary, was just taken by the Royals.

I'm not in Labas' head to know, but I'm thinking if he's already made up his mind that he's signing if drafted, he probably will indeed go the free agent route if he's not selected.
It wouldn't hurt to have his experience available next year, but after 4 years, he is what he is, and he always seems to hit a wall at the end of the year. His changeup is really good, but everything else is just "get me over", and that only works for so long.

I like the top of it. After the first three picks, they went with a bunch of college pitchers I'm not familiar with.
The HS arm from CO is supposed to be really good.
I had actually heard of the D2 guy they drafted in the 9th from looking for lower level guys LSU should pursue.
