Why did the Browns trade so much for the 3rd pick? The Vikings weren't going to draft Richardson, were they?

Yeah that is what I was thinking, but all of the networks are acting as if was a good trade. I think it's awful.

Vikings maybe acted liked they were and tricked them?

Cleveland didnt want to take their chances?

Is Cleveland that gullible that they would believe the Vikings would pick Richardson with Peterson still there and Gebhart as well? Is Peterson not recovering well?

Maybe other teams were going to draft Richardson at 3?

All wrong. There were a few teams trying to trade for the 3 spot to get Richardson. Browns had to give up that much to get Richardson
