I don't understand how with 3 minutes left and a two point lead, you don't run the ball once. Three plays and all three are passes. Even with 2nd and 3 and 3rd and 3, keep on passing?
I just don't . . . understand. I don't think I'm watching games next season. It's far too stressful.

Les and the coaches put LSU in position on the last drive to win 2nd down and 2 and METT missed the throw what more can u ask from a coach. If les runs the ball half u morans on here say he is to conservative come on man give me a break a jr. high QB could have made that throw. I bet if u ask mett he would agree.

I agree the Offensive game prep did not differ from the regular season nor did the defense. If anything the defense was trying to prevent the long ball all night.
We play to the skill level of our opponent and I am tired of it. If Bama destroys Notre Dame it will be the icing on the cake.
I feel like Les Miles could give two shits weather we won or lost. And I feel a Saban season similar to 2004 coming on.
Thank god for the new year!!

When you are ahead running the clock out is playing to win the game.

It's amazing how some of you worship at the altar of Miles. Pray tell, what did he do for you?

Miles is who he is, a great recruiter, great person, a great motivator, etc... problem is, with Miles, your talent will rarely be utilized offensively to it's fullest potential. His decision making is faltering as his LSU career gets older. He's gone for the Mad Hatter, to just plain "Mad" sometimes.
Great guy, great character, etc... but he is what he is. A coach that is going to get your program to 9-10 wins a season. If you're ok with that, then Les is your guy. Problem is, 9-10 win seasons at LSU aren't going to cut it, as our talent should yield at minimum BCS bowls on a yearly basis. If you want a shot at a dynasty, then Les isn't your guy.
Les is who he is. Tiger Nation needs to decide what they want out of their head coach.

BOTTOM LINE LSU QB had a jr. high school throw to ice the game and the ball sailed on him no coach is to blame.

I love him, but he is hurting this program
And that's the problem. At some point, his offenses wont suck because of coaching, they'll just suck.
This is two years in a row we've had a month to practice and our offense didn't even show the frick up.

I was a Miles defender until tonight.
I almost broke after the Bama game. Tonight with Hill getting 0 touches in the 4th quarter, then the unexplainable play calling with 2nd & 2 at the end broke me. I can't defend him anymore.

Yall think they would tolerate Les style game management/coaching decisions in Tuscaloosa. It simply wouldn't be tolerated in Tuscaloosa like it is here.
My opinion of Miles' character was lowered last year with the treatment of Lee. This year solidified my negative opinion of him as a game day coach.

I'm not saying fire him. That would be asinine with his record.
The frustrating part is the complete lack of being able to learn from mistakes. It's the same shite over and over. If I'm a recruit's parent and Miles is there I would love to hear him explain that if my son has an amazing game going, why would he deserve to get pulled when it mattered most. See Charles Scott in 2007 and Now Jeremy Hill in 2012.

So you had better have a replacement who can not only do better than Les, but do better than that Tuscaloosa school as well. For if this next mythical coach does not better the Alabama athletic team then what have we gained?
