Notre Damn will lose to USC. Bama will beat UGA and play FLA in the NC game. UGA will go to the Sugar. LSU will play a Cap1.
Can't happen. Can't have three SEC teams in the BCS.

U can't have three sec teams in bcs bowls. It doesn't work like that

Let's go ahead and put together the most likely.
Alabama/Georgia to National Title
Florida to Sugar
Alabama/Georgia to Cotton Bowl
Mississippi State to Gator Bowl
Vanderbilt to Music City
Ole Miss to whatever the last bowl we have
I have been notified that the Outback Bowl will select South Carolina
Capital One Bowl is truly between LSU and Texas AM with the Peach getting the other team.
Sources indicate that if BAMA beats UGA, they do not want them in the Peach because they will not sell hotels and will just drive and leave.

I thought that if the national championship game contained two schools from the same conference that a third from that conference would become eligible

Im still not sure outback takes s carolina over us if clemson beats them tonight

Only if the two in the national title were non-comnference winners...virtually impossible to have happen.

Why? We'd have a better record, won the h2h, and USCe's played there much more recently than we have (if we've ever played there at all).

Would love the Outback Bowl
1) New Yrs Day >> New Yrs Eve
2) Tampa is really nice
3) Bloomin Onion > Chicken Sandwich
4) LSU vs Michigan would have great storylines

Im agreeing with you, but the outback has proven time and time again they want a team from the east.

It's not gonna be outback. Either cap one or cotton. Most likely cap one. Sec champ loser will fall to either outback or chick

i agree re: Michigan for the fact that Denardo & the "spread offense attack from the Maize and Blue" is exciting for fans & young recruits who seem to like to watch his exciting style
heck--he ran all over a more balanced/talented team vs Ohio St. today if not for 1 critical, late-game pass/INT;
But Bowls = recruits who are looking @ teams who win pressure games vs. real-opponents [something the NCAA doesn't care about, meh]..as well as atmosphere, not just the "best coaching staffs" although that's what us older fans would like to think..
Our man KEKE & other players have made insightful comments to that point.
Even top recruits talked about it @this years showdown w/ then-top-ranked Gamecocks,
i recall a blue-chipper saying, "it's not what alotta u older fans think,
for us, win or loose is secondary if the 2 teams are closely matched--we want to see the amazing loud fans & support, the noise of 90k fans who'll be cheering for *us* when we get to this program & take the field in all that elexticity..etc."[/b]
--oh yeah, all the Denardo & Michigan talk reminded me of something that made ZERO logical sense to me this season:
Wolverines' scheduling-department who totally blew it by agreeing to have
Denardo & offenwe face up to N!cky's monster-defense in week one--on Nat'l TV in the FAIRYjerryDOME,
Robinson needed a few weeks of warming up//fine-tuning their system b4
facing a brutally talented Saban defense;
if they'd have scheduled that game in mid-season, Nicky woulda won-- but Denardo & Wolverines woulda had lots more confidence/tempo.
