The offensive line looked extremely weak the entire game and UCLA kept blitzing. It’s the offensive coordinators job to call plays that neutralize the rush. Screens, quick slants anything to help get the ball out quick. I thought the defense played ok in the beginning but they just stayed on the Field way to much.

we shoulda had screens but it may have not even mattered

we did quick passes. accuracy was bad. hot reads were terrible.
the fricking O could not execute. all starts at the O line

bring in ghost of bill walsh and see hat he could do with that o line

We tried those. Hell we had a td but Johnson completely missed Palmer for a td We tried tunnel screens to wrs and the blitzing safeties batted the ball down. We also hit a ton of quick passes.

Amen brother! This exactly. Run the f king ball some.

A well planned offense makes the defense cover the entire field sideline to sideline and to the endzone.
