I don't think there has ever been a poster that contradicts themselsves more than this guy.

Is it just a coincidence that as soon as Buckeye Joe stopped posting that Ree popped up with like 3 threads?

I think not.

I was just about to post this. The guy is so obviously a Ree alter.

Both are terrible and top 5 all time worst posters.

It's funny that two of the top 5 are the same person.

Everyone knows that I have a soft spot for Ree. I love the guy for some reason. I've been trying my best to not think they are the same person, but they act JUST a like and I've never encountered one other person in my life that acts that way.

However, in a well-designed and well-executed Spread/RPO, it is NOT unlikely for a QB to come in around 70%

Check the numbers for Haskins in 2018; Tua in 2018; Murray in 2016 &1207; Mayfield in 2016 & 2017... Combined, they were 1435 of 2048

And you think LSU's offense is going to be anywhere near as prolific as those, based on the contributions of a first year passing coordinator?

You are crazy.

Not based on Joe Brady. Based on THE OFFENSE that Brady has been hired to install. It is NOT "Brady's offense". It is the same offense that Burrow has run since he was about 13.

AND, it is the same offense that has won the last 3 Natty's - 2 by Clemson, and 1 thru a second-half bailout by Tua in that offense.

I think my projection of 3500 to 4000 passing yards is certainly attainable in the Spread/RPO. It will take 270 yards per game (13 games) to hit 3500. And about 308/game to hit 4000.

Maybe you should wait for a few games before you call anyone crazy... you know, so you don't look completely ridiculous in the very near future.

If Brady is actually able to bring this offense into the 21st century we’ll be really fricking good.

I am uncautiously optimistic about that.
Shittier teams have had success with it.

Wouldn't that apply to you too??

Not to mention you were just insulting me for wanting to wait a few games to see what the offense looks like.

I already know what Joe Burrow looks like running this offense. So do most serious Ohio football fans.

And serious LSU fans realize that the spring and fall camp offense promised isn't always the offense we see on Saturdays in the fall.

Hold on, you’re being serious in that you think we’re just going to trot a high school offense out there against the SEC?

Oh that's rich. You're jumping the gun on Burreaux but you're telling us to wait for a few games before we make a judgment.

AND wants everyone to admit that he's right and say Burrow is elite, but now tells you to wait a few games to see. This is priceless, troll or not. This is absolute gold.

I'm not jumping any gun. I've watched Burrow and Haskins for years. LSU is getting a slightly better version of Haskins in the passing game, and is getting a QB who isn't afraid to run the ball when needed.

It amazing that Urban didn’t want a slightly better passer who was also a significantly better runner.

How did he not just give him the job outright?

Wrong again. As I said, I want you to display how oblivious you are about Burrow's talent for as long as you possibly can! Keeps me chuckling all day long (thanks for that)

Is LSU getting an established offense that's been successful for years and won multiple national championships?

I am a huge fan of Burrow but saying he’s a slightly better passer than Haskins feels like a stretch after Haskins smoked every OSU passing record last year and Burrow transfered.

I am Even someone who’s defended your position that Burrow never lost the job, but it’s cleary because he offers a running threat that Haskins didn’t.

If all else was equal Urban would have to be retarded not to name Burrow the QB outright.
