So what's the difference in playing Saturday night or literally 1 or 2 days later..

The game still needs to happen. The storm will be out of Baton Rouge Thursday night.

A friend in the football office told me about an hour ago they have not even begun to discuss moving the game. The LSUsports release just confirms this.

I think it will happen....just might get moved to Sunday, but we won't know until the thing has moved through BR.

I also wouldn't be opposed to them moving it to a day game(I know it sucks) to allow people to travel in the day.

They will drag their feet on the decision..

But I think it comes Friday afternoon, messing up a lot of peoples travel plans.

La tech already canceled their game and they are 4 hours north of BR

I expect lsu to drag their feet, but I don't see the game happening Saturday.

That game was scheduled for tomorrow as well and not Saturday.

La Tech canceled because their game is tomorrow not Saturday. Storm is going to be right over Ruston tomorrow

People are REALLY forgetting about BR's flimsy infrastructure and how shitty the grids are.

Could the game happen? I guess so :dunno;

I just don't see it happening

It will 100% be a safety issue that decides when the game will be played

If EBRSO and BRPD think there is an unmanageable risk to the public they won't play the game on sat at 6pm.

An LSU game stresses police, fire, medical services on a sunny Saturday, this storm may make it impossible to play Saturday

i just heard on the news the majority of those power outage numbers are coming from mobiles.

i have family spread out from new orleans, slidell, baton rouge, acadiana and hattiesburg.. and none up to this point are out of power.

If they have it on Saturday, I would expect a 12pm kickoff
