Say what you want about our team but the key to our program since 2000 has been our oline and dline play. We have always had the skill players. Below is our Oline and Dline recruiting from 05-07. These are the majority of the starters. Our entire OLINE class from 06 is not on campus and/or never made it to campus. There is no senior or jr cometition at the oline, No wonder we have no running game. As for the Dline, from 05-07, your dline consisted of players like Marcus Spears, Kyle Williams, Melvin oliver, Claude Wroten, Chase Pittman, Glenn Dorsey, Tyson Jackson. We have good players on the Dline, I dont see great players.

not only are they not as talented on the d-line they arent as mean. I cant help but think of the NFL draft when Kiper said about Francois he was not being coached. As a former coach i notice so many d-line mistakes the first 4 games. Im baffled a former NFL d-line coach cant fix these things. Our DT"s are struggling getting off blocks and getting in their gaps and DE's arent squeezing to the deepest man. I put it this way if Jordan Allen is making comments on the mistakes made on a film session the next morning we have problems.

With that said, im not worried bout depth on both sides. I look at USC roster, and they dont seem to have loads of Depth at DT. Its about getting production from the people your playing.
