"Purple and gold through and through." 5th year senior making that type of play. What progress has been made in 5 years regarding those type of plays. Apparently he's not listening to his coaches regarding throwing the ball away. It was stated during the broadcast what he was told by CBK.

I think he thought he had a free play.

That’s what I thought as well. Chuck it deep and make a prayer vs throwing across your body into traffic.

I think he got mad and lost it when he saw the RT tackle the end right in front of him after the big loss on the fumble. Hes gotta understand it might not be a big statistical year for him and just lead the team.

If he’s playing with an undisclosed injury, you rest him this week.
It's not "Undisclosed."

It's lingering effects from the knee injury and HE'S SCARED TO DEATH OF PLAYING BEHIND THIS OFFENSIVE LINE! (SWAC level Coaching and Talent)

Nuss is playing very tentatively because he's trying to protect himself from getting destroyed. If that happens, it's Bye Bye to an SEC Championship, Bye Bye to the CFP and Bye Bye to being picked in the First Round of the NFL Draft.

It's all BK9.9's fault for not hiring another OL Coach in the off-season and for not bringing in enough OL's from the "Transfer Portal" to adequately replace Campbell, Dellinger, Jones and Frazier. (BK9.9 is what I'll be calling Brian Kelly from here on out)

Let's see now, doing a little simple Tate Racist Mathematics, Minus 4 (Campbell, Dellinger, Jones, Frazier) Plus 2 (Thompson, Moore) still leaves you short by 2. (- 4 + 2 = 2)

BK9.9 Subtracted 4 OL's, then Added only 2 OL's and then naively depended on current inexperienced OL's on the roster to fill in the remaining 3 spots on the line? That's playing with fire and BK9.9.is currently being burned because of it!

Thank the Football gods for Blake Baker and the Defense, but they will not hold up for the entire season without a little help from the Offense!

Bad game?? PFF says otherwise. It looked like he had a free play on that pass. I just don’t understand how you can say reckless when the execution of play calling (Not my favorite brand of football, but it absolutely worked to negate the biggest chance of victory for UF.) was pretty much spot on.

This season has me questioning PFF more than ever because Nuss has objectively been bad yet he’s grading out as decent to good on PFF. It’s like they’re not watching the same games.

ETA: I should say objectively bad. He’s been objectively average at best.

My original post was way before coach came out and disclosed.

It seemed like he thought he had a free play and might have realized mid throw that it wasn’t. Still a stupid reckless move but that’s what it seemed like.

I think Nuss made a mental mistake. He's obviously a smart guy, but when he saw the flag he let up and seemed to think LSU had a free play.

Problem was, the flag was on LSU so there was no free play.
