Could be a Tua/Hurts situation where the younger guy is too talented to keep off the field. Let the coaches be the judge of that. If Nuss is truly better, he should and will play. I think he needs to get bigger and stronger before being thrown out there, but that’s just me.

Nuss needs to gain 10 or 12 lbs

Johnny Football was Saban's kryptonite in his prime. With Nuss's scrambling talents, I would like to see some packages for him game day. Not advocating him as starter, but he's a weapon we must use.

I still can't believe Brian Sparacino played QB at LSU:) Nothing against him. I'm sure he's a nice guy.

From a current LSU WR... if there was no jersey numbers, and no one knew who was who, and the qb was picked just off of play in practice and the scrimmages...Nuss would be QB 1.
Take that for what it's worth.
That's the exact opposite of what I have heard from various insiders who have watched all the practices and scrimmages.
Max is working with the ones on various situations they will encounter during the season.
Nuss is just playing straight football with the twos and the threes to give himself and the twos and the threes valuable practice reps and coaching.
Moreover, they all say Nuss has improved somewhat on throwing picks but that he is still throwing too many. However, in the last scrimmage Nuss only threw one interception. However, that one interception wasn't his fault as the ball ricocheted off someone's helmets into the hands of a defensive player.
You obviously got your info from someone who claims to know an LSU wide receiver. However, that someone is a damn liar and you are a gullible useful idiot for not only believing it but for repeating it.
