Colt David missed as well. It was pretty depressing that we went four rounds with only one pick wasn't it????

Kickers are usually FA anyway, I'm sure someone will pick Colt up. Hopefully the Saints will give him a look.

i was hoping the saints would've given up next years 2nd and 6th rounds to get him.

The only real surprise on that list is Beckwith. The second and third round projections never made sense, but I figured he could be a sixth or seventh rounder.

Favorite never made much of an impression on me, so I can see why scouts weren't too impressed either. I bet Hitt and David will get some opportunities in free agency, same with Pittman if he can stay healthy. He had some very solid workout numbers, but I can definitely understand why teams were afraid to draft him.

I am very glade for the players taken but as a fan I wish we would of not gone so long after Jackson. He was taken 3rd overall the next pick was Johnson at 145. But again like I said before I am very happy for the guys that where picked a wish them luck.

Sometimes its better to not get drafted in the later rounds. See Blue Gay and Ryan Clark, two guys never drafted that are still playing in the NFL. Undrafted guys can shop the team needs and pick where they want to play. Like I said, look at Blue, signed FA, next thing you know, he's playing in the Super Bowl......

Yeah, I didn't mean Hitt. I was thinking about Brett Helms. I think Helms will get a shot as an UDFA.
