Easy.
1. Get rid of the student section in Tiger Stadium
it is not the loud and proud student section of decades past - it is a giant toilet.
2. Hire 100 more campus police on game day and have them physically remove any so-called LSU "fan" that physically and/or verbally abuses others, especially visiting fans.
3. Stop cutting higher education in this state when there are tens of millions that could be cut from other areas - just ask John Kennedy.
