he is and I agree. the dude is a physical specimen. and having him back is better than not having him at all for sure. no argument there. I was never trying to start an argument with anyone. this is supposed to be a fan site and all im trying to do is shine my beacon of light on the team I love and share my fandom with other fans not argue and put down people that are supposed to be on my side.

I think you are overanalyzing what I said. it was just meant to be a positive statement about the team with or without hill.

If you post something on this site:
1) Every word will be scrutinized
2) People will form an opinion without reading the whole post
3) ANY grammatical errors make your entire argument invalid
4) Try not to get so defensive when people give you a hard time.

Right, and given the timing (e.g. Hill will almost certainly be back at some point), your post was entirely pointless and unnecessary.

I don't know if you lurked for very long before you started posting. This board has its own culture.

Starting threads too soon can be equated to social suicide. It doesn't have as much to do with rep based on post count as it does knowing what types of threads will be favored.

It your case, timing is also important. This thread would have been better received back in May, but today it just comes off as silly.

Just learn to take your lumps and pick your battles. People eat their own kind on this board.

My best advice is to stick with posting IN threads for a few months before starting a thread.

You just have to work on your witty comebacks for a while.
