At this point, you should be thankful that we're even talking about a season. And not to be that guy, but we don't have a 100% solid idea what these idiot people running the show right now will do come September. They may come with a 3rd spike because everybody has to test twice a day and all the tests will count towards the total cases.

They’ll see the field against A&M and Arky at the least

You people are out of your minds if you think aTm will be terrible. If Mond shows improvements they will be in contention for the West. If Mond stays the same, they will still be near the top tier. They return a whole lot. They will certainly not be trash.

Orgeron said that Max and TJ are progressing at such a rate to challenge Brennan.
If Brennan can get us a big lead vs some teams, I can see a freshman getting some reps.

People picked them to beat us preseason this year. And we beat them 50-7. We’re going to beat the frick out of them- again- and it won’t be close.

What kind of fantasyland do you have to live in to believe that they’ll be “close to top tier” if awful arse Kellen Mond is close to the same? He’s not a “solid” QB or even approaching solid, he’s terrible, along with a terrible leader and a deer in the headlights.

I have absolutely no clue why those rejects get the love they get from some people on this board. They’ve won 10+ games TWO TIMES in the past 20 years. That’s horrible, on par with the worst teams in the SEC. They’ll never be top tier under Jimbo Fisher, period. Time to accept that he’s overrated

Except Brennan played in 10 games last year. So There’s got to be something to that.
Coach O has confidence in Myles.

Brennan probably played against better defenses than Lawrence, last season.
Lawrence is predicted to be the first player chosen in the draft. He didn't look much better than Mond vs LSU.
Yet the scouts on this board are nervous about Brennan being our starter.

Lots of people didn't think LSU would be what they were last year. And nobody thought Burrow would be what he was (outside of BuckeyeJoe).

LSU has had plenty of seasons where they were close to top tier with shitty QBs.

I never said I didn't think LSU would beat them. It won't be the same beat down as last year though. That shite was personal for the players and the coaches.

All I think is that they will be a much improved team, compared to last season. If Jimbo doesn't take a big step forward this year, I'm not sure he ever will. Also, how many games they've won over the past 20 years has absolutely jack shite to do with this season. Stop being so sensitive.

This year is also different than ladt, O knew Brennans talents, we also have two guys that need separated in class(Finley and Johnson) one needs to RS, one not, one needs to get meaningful reps this season.....i also don't see the defense letting up this year and giving up so many points late)
The #2 QB will get good reps this year

No way a first year defense with Mike Leach as head coach gives up less than 50 to us. I also don’t see them scoring more than 17. In 2-3 years, maybe it’s a shoot out , but they will struggle this year.
