No Baby Powder?

Mikie mentioned last night that students can’t throw baby powder in the air? Is there an explanation for that? LSU receives a technical foul for baby powder but MooU can ring cowbells whenever they want without punishment?

The students did a huge baby powder throw last year (vs Tenn?) It made the floor slippery all night and involved a giant clean-up.
