People continue using AT&T in Tiger Stadium (or try to) and never have had success. Just the way it's been...

I have Verizon and it's worked for me every Saturday.

How about watching the game instead of updating your FB to say, "look at me! I'm at the game!"

A novel concept I understand.

this, Sorry if I am not interested in the homecoming queen/king and the halftime show.

Maybe you shouldn't be an arse and assume the worst about everyone. A novel concept I understand.

AT&T is toast when Verizon gets the iPhone. That's the main reason people put up with AT&T.

AT&T just sucks arse, period, Verizon is a much better carrier......

More people in Louisiana have AT&T by far. Too many customers in an area results in poor service. This is not a AT&T vs Verizon quality issue.

Yesterday I noticed that AT&T had stationed a mobile tower out by Lot K (near the old Box, other side of the railroad tracks) however like the rest of you, I still had problems. Had zero problems using AT&T while at Jordan-Hare a few weeks back. Must be a BR network problem.

Does this mean they were forced to watch the game? Isn't that you went there for? I love when i see baseball games with people on Cell PHones behind the plate.

Pay attention to the game!

I hope it didn't interrupt any facebook or Twitter postings

jeaux, you're better than this.
It was ULM.
I was trying to get the score of other games of interest.
I was not interested in the homecoming queen/king and the halftime show.

Hey I watched on ESPN3. Was there anybody left when the game was over?

no. I stayed, but it was pretty empty at the end. It was maybe 75% full at kickoff, 50% at half. On the plus side, there was no traffic going home.

I brought some friends from boston to the game. This was a first college game for one, and a 3rd for the other. Great day all around.

I am doing a 30 day trial with the blackberry Torch device. Took it to the Bama game and it seems to work decent. I LOVE VERIZON, but not sure that they are gonna get the Torch (love the one-handedness and the key board). I will see again at the Ole Miss game inside the 30 day trial and then decide. I honestly do not know what I will do because Verizon has been rock solid, but I do not want any of the devices they offer.

Try turning off 3G so that your phone is finding the "edge" network. Mine worked that way a little bit when I was in the stadium for the West Virginia game. Re-enable 3G after you're out of Tiger Stadium.
