As long as Saban is at Bama we ain't getting a top tier coach

Many top tier coaches love to compete and compete vs the best! The issue is the SEC and NCAA rigging things for Bama's favor. Meyer would not stand for it. Others will relish the challenge of taking on the world. But the caveat is that we will have to overpay. The market determines in order to face the challenge an evil empire like Bama we must pay top dollar to attract the best candidates. It is not easy but far from impossible.

What does the binder say about dealing with a 30-point lost to a team you were more than a TD favorite against?

No No No Noooooo
THE NUMBER ONE THING THAT MILES HAD THAT ORGERON DOESN'T

HE DIDN'T INHERIT A NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM!!!!!
Don't give credit where CREDIT ISN'T DUE!!!!

I wasn't a fan of the HIRE of ORGERON, BUT DON'T, AND I REPEAT, DON'T MAKE MILES AS A GREAT COACH, HE IS THE BIGGEST HACK OF A COACH THAT I'VE EVER WITNESSED...

I LIVE IN BIG 12 Country and when they hired him, I SAID "WHO"
And as a matter of a FACT, we'd HAVE LIKELY 2 MORE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS IF MILES WASN'T THE COACH

So YES SIR, THE NUMBER ONE THING THAT ORGERON LACKS IS THE NICK SABAN INHERITANCE, THAT LES MILES MADE MILLIONS ON!!!

We got the coach we deserve but not the one we need.

We deserve to have a couple of losing seasons after the way we treated the most successful coach in LSU history.

The fact that he did so well with the 2011 team kinda destroys that argument. He had to replace all of Saban's players eventually and he got better players.

I do not get why we are comparing Orgeron to Miles. The Miles' Era at LSU is gone. Comparing our first year coach to one of the greatest LSU coaches of all time is just stupid...

Miles took over the play calling in 08 according to actual players on the team.. so yeah..

Link to those statements?
This is a stupid myth and compared to the famed 3 or 4 pics floating around with him holding playsheet, I could link videos of countless entire games with Miles empty handed.

If you don't get the Orgeron to Miles comparison, you don't get much!

Just did a basic google search to try to find a link of Ed O taking over defensive play calling at Ole Miss for a bit. Couldn't find it but pretty confident he did for a bit. Regardless, I'm not saying Les had a philosophy because he was an OC prior to getting a head gig. It helps, but I'm saying Les had a philosophy because it was apparent in the coaching hires he made, the players he recruited, and his stamp was all over the program.

Ed O just says whatever the hell people want to hear. IE the Narcisse/Brennan fiasco last year, him saying we should have 50/50 run/pass team get our offense has the same basic route trees heavily reliant on deep balls & the outside of the field.

Les's schemes were outdated. Besides Mett's senior year we simply refused to attack the middle of the field. With our mass attrition of any draft eligible player every year we could no longer beat teams into submission as we did before.

That's just not true but I've found almost every Miles apologist exaggerates nearly all of the things they say about him so not suprised to hear this.

you like saying myles brennan committed under o so your dumbass can shite on the most accomplished coach in lsu history?

you act as if you're not just oppsite side of the coin you gripe about.

and for the record during his time at lsu, no program beat more ranked teams than lsu. facts and shite
