Nike Pro Comabt uni's this year?

Anyone know if LSU will get them for a game this year? At what point last year did they find out they were using them?

I only remember them using different uniforms in 07, though not Nike, 09 and 11. Seems like an every other year thing.

I believe it was a foregone conclusion before the season started that they were going to wear alternates last year. It was part of Nike's campaign where they released each uniform during the summer I believe.

we wore the white helmets and some oddball ugly purple jersies for the tulane game that year in the dome.
nike pro combat started in 09 for arky and then auburn last year

the Katrina jerseys were awesome!!!!! One of the nicest jerseys i have seen in person.

if anything last weekend was our little "gift" from nike.

They come out with the teams well before the season starts
The Katrina jerseys I agree were some of the nicer that we have worn. They were Nike though both Tulare and Lsu had the pelican on the jersey by Nike.

I think we should wear those all whites from last yr at least once per year. They were extremely BA.
It doesn't hurt that I associate them with a complete beatdown of a hated SEC team either.

I wish they would do something like this, with the old gold on the helmets and pants instead of the white. It would be similar to the shade that TGBFTL uses on their uniforms. I've always thought that looks better than the bright yellow that we have on our regular uniforms. Thoughts??
