He definitely worked hard at it and got really good at play by play each year. Now he is one of the best in all of baseball.

The downside of him becoming a bigger part of the Orioles broadcast this season is that we've basically lost him for LSU games (think he's done 4 total this season).
Even worse, we get Ronnie as his replacement.

Can’t imagine being on the road as much as that dude has to. It’s one thing to travel as a player, but as an announcer for a 162 game season has got to wear on you.
