Out of the UDFA , who do think is the most and least NFL ready.
And if they aren’t NFL ready how long before they get there?
Williams is probably the most NFL ready.
Tolliver I think after a year may be ready to start in the NFL
Gilmore I honesty don’t think will even make a roster
Lacouture I feel could possibly be NFL ready
Weathersby isn’t ready. Perhaps after 2 years he will be ready.

I don't think Lacourte will even make a practice squad to be honest. I could be wrong though and he makes a roster.

Toliver probably has the most talent - he was a top 5 player coming out of high school.
RB's are a dime a dozen and Williams is an average RB
Weathersby if healthy I think can be a steal for someone, could probably play G or T, I really wish he would have come back because I think he could've competed for LT job at LSU which would have improved his stock with one more year

I think it is LaCouture, but an argument could be made for Toliver.
LaCouture was a 3 year starter, I don’t think his football career is close to being over.
Toliver has got the measurables and talent. His instincts are questionable, often had trouble turning his head around.

Williams most ready
Lacouture least ready
I could be totally wrong on this.
