SEC football isn't for everyone. Some times you look around and realize you are over your head. Hopefully he can go find another school and get an education that will serve him the rest of his life.

Alot of people on the recruiting board thought he was a waste of a scholarship and a spot. Hmmmmmm.

It is a wasted spot though.
I felt like Shead was a weird take when he was taken. You can get guys like him pretty late in the process, but we took his commit pretty early. Which is a bit of a trend, btw.

With transfer portal wide open high school recruits have lost a lot of leverage

I had first week friends at murray do that.
they left after a day or two fall practice.
went to green bay Wisconsin a d2 at the time.
most people can realistically evaluate their position.
if you want to start and you see one or even two guys better...
if its first week just go unless you've got the Rudy connection to program.

To make matters worse, rumor was he was signed because he’s close to Walter Nolen and that might give us a leg up. Nolen isn’t even considering us anymore.
