New Orleans bound

Well I’m all packed up and ready to go. My last trip there was pretty bad; only flew in for the game and the Tigers stunk it up. This time I want to see the sights.

I’m staying at Harrah’s hotel so maybe I can get in on some action there. I really hope my Tigers pull off the upset but all of these score predictions have me second guessing. I mean 20-30-40 point wins. I guess you guys have all mortgaged your house to place bets, right? Well, maybe not... it’s probably hard to get a second mortgage on a FEMA trailer.

I know my wife is going to want to try some of those funnel cakes everyone talks about. I told her they prob fry them in the corn dog grease, but we will give them a shot anyway.

She also wants to see dueling pianos??? Wtf is that. I guess it’s cool if women are playing. Something about a man playing piano and singing is ghey, but she’d owe me for sure.

I want to visit the WWII museum. I hope it’s not in a particularly uriney smelling area. Then again I am going to the Superdome, world’s largest port-a-potty. I’d risk it I guess. I mean the men that fought in WWII had to endure much more and represent the last generation of real men in this country.

Then the game. I mean I almost don’t want to see Clemson get slaughtered but I get to witness Joe Burrow. Sir Joe Burrow the great, breaker of records, from the house of Heisman. I hope Trevor Lawrence is just as good by the time he’s Burrow’s age. I wish Dabo would stop trying to recruit QBs and just take them from free agency like everyone else.

Anyway, good luck on Monday and take it easy on us if you can. We aren’t battle tested nor proven, so we are just trying to avoid embarrassment.

See you at the game!!! Unless I take a stray bullet walking around town this weekend.
