Please give your definition of this. Is energy pacing back and forth in the dugout, storming the state selling the program (Dale Brown style), talking loud during press conferences???

Energy and coaching/developing ability are two totally different things. Can one person have both, I suppose...if they have the "energy" that matches whatever your definition is.

Bianco is Pelini. He's an attempt to recapture something from the past that no longer exists.

Bianco is definitely not one of my top 3-4 choices, but I do think he would do very well at LSU.

I know many people will be disappointed if he’s the hire, and I get it and will myself be a tad disappointed, but none of that temporary disappointment matters when it comes time to play and win games next year and beyond.

Advance this program. So, you are speaking of someone that can game plan, recruit, inning to inning decision making, etc. etc.
All of that has nothing to do with "energy", it's the ability to manage.
