Last August, I lost my PawPaw who was a huge LSU football and baseball fan. I came to this board when he passed to mourn with my fellow Tiger fans and it was well received. When he passed, my mom gave me a bunch of old pictures of him and I fishing, him letting me taste coffee for the first time, and us just hanging around together. When I came home from the funeral I put all of those pictures on my mini-LSU helmet signed by Billy Cannon. Since then, we had the best season in CFB history. A part of me thinks he had something to do with it, but clearly it's just a superstition.

Well, on June 2nd, my PawPaws replacement came in. My wife (no pics) and I welcomed to the world our first child. She is the light of our life and will surely carry on the tradition of routing for the Tigers. This new Tiger fan and her mom are both well and we are sitting back and soaking it all in.

Congratulations! It's never too early to start them on their road to fandom.
