Where the frick does 30% come from?
I'm not going to let you make up some bullshite number and admit that as some sort of valid talking point.

He gave us about a 30% chance of beating Bama, roughly about what it's been since Saban got to Bama, even though Miles beat him 3 times, while he was at Bama.

So he's counting Miles's victories when he calculates this coach's chances?
That has to be it, which is bullshite. This coach hasn't ever beat him, so who in their right mind would calculate his chances at 30%?

ULM beat him in 2007, his group wasn't very good.
He went 12-2 and 8-0 in 2008, the beginning of a juggernaut. But yes, Miles won 30% of his games vs Saban and that's pretty much what I expect every season. A30% chance.
We are talented enough to give them a game.

No idea but if he did it would make O look bad, but we can't look at the last 3 years while O was at the controls vs Bama, even though the results for those 3 years speak for themselves.

Ok, let's pick a couple good Bama teams. How about the ones in 2010 and 2011?
Miles beat them in both those years, in 2010 they were the defending national champs and we all know about 2011.

Are you having problems with simple math, bro?

That was Miles at the height of his abilities that did that, not the Miles that got fired. You've said yourself that they're two different coaches.
What we've seen thus far is that the current coach is only marginally better than the Miles that got fired. He's nowhere near the Mad Hatter Miles.
So how does that equate to a 30% chance for the current coach to beat Saban? You take the declining Miles that never beat Saban, you add those to the current coach's results, and you get 0-7. That's 0%.

We gave more talent top to bottom, considering both sides of the ball since 2013.
Unlike you, I totally understand players play and give you a better chance to win than your HC.

Miles's least talented, most inexperienced team after 2008 was what, 2014? 8-5 team? Played Bama to an OT loss.
So how do you explain last year's debacle if it's all about the Jimmies and Joes?
